This is a template for students to use for the purpose of requesting a donation or sponsorship from a business or organization.  Please read and carefully follow the directions below.

 

1. Click HERE to be directed to the letter template.

 

2. Click FILE --> MAKE A COPY.  This step is very important.  Making a copy of the letter, and then editing your own copy, enables multiple students to personalize the letter, without affecting the original letter template.

 

3.  Insert the required personalization information where the highlighted text indicates.  Don't forget to unhighlight the text before printing or emailing.  

 

4.  Be sure to attach the Sponsorship Form below, since the letter indicates it is included.
